Water Capacity Expanded at Generation Park

Our land development team recently completed construction and delivery of a new water plant for tenants in Generation Park East! The new water plant has a 250,000-gallon storage tank, enough to fill 3,125 bath tubs! The plant has two main pumps delivering water to nearby facilities from two different water wells. One pump, capable of delivering 500 gallons per minute and another pump able to produce 1,500 gallons per minute. If demand is high, the water plant also has an additional 3 booster pumps to pick up the slack, each capable of pumping out 1,000 gallons per minute to increase flow from the storage tank, creating a total flow of over 4,500 gallons per minute!

Future Proofing

As Generation Park grows, so does the demand for water consumption and use. Our team has future proofed the site to have enough room for an additional three 1,000,000 gallon storage tanks. This should fit the needs of Generation Park’s Urban Fulfilment Center’s growth.

Congrats to our land development team, Bryan, Chigo, and Hunter on successfully completing this project, and B-5 Construction for helping us deliver our water plant.
