Bristol Myers Squibb has selected Generation Park in Houston, Texas, as the site of a new state-of-the-art multi-modal manufacturing campus, representing an approximately $2.3 billion investment that will help accelerate the delivery of next-generation medicines to patients. The project is expected to create nearly 500 skilled jobs and solidifies Generation Park’s status as a leading hub for life sciences and advanced manufacturing.

Generation Park, a McCord Development in Houston, Texas, has been selected by global pharmaceutical leader Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly) as the site of a $6.5 billion pharmaceutical manufacturing facility—the first of its kind in Texas. The 4,300-acre development was chosen for its strong business climate, available land, reliable energy and infrastructure, and workforce readiness, according to Lilly.
